Description:
Raw material requirements:
1. Raw material: sawdust, wood branches, wood residues, rice husk, peanut shell, corn stalk,
bamboo, sunflower shell, cotton stalk, coconut shell, bagasse, corncob, leaves and any other
agricultural waste.
2. Raw material size: 3-5mm.
3. Raw material moisture: 8-12%.
General Description:
The line includes mainly 7 machines, not all of the machine is necessary. You can choose from
the machines.
Step 1: Crusher-- It is used to crush the raw material into sawdust with size 3-5mm.
Step2: Screw conveyor--It is used to transfer the sawdust to the dryer machine.
You can also use man power instead of this machine.
Step 3: Dryer--If the moisture of the powder is more than 12%. Then you can use this machine.
Step 4: Screw conveyor--It is used to transfer the powder to the wood Briquette extruder
machine.You can also use man power instead of this machine.
Step 5: Wood Briquette extruder machine--It is used to make the powder into half-charcoal-stick.
Step 6 : conveyor Belt --It is used to transfer the half-charcoal-stick,you can also use man
power instead of the machine.
Step 7:Carbonization Furnace -It is used to carbonize the half-charcoal-stick into
the charcoal-stick.
